So Far So Good!

It is almost the end of Phase 1! Whew! Did you make it through it? After the first day, it was easier to stick to. One of my goals, besides sticking to the diet, has been to not eat anything after my evening meal! Wow, that has been a challenge. I made it most of the week. What has your challenge been? Are you ready for Phase 2?

Beginning a New Challenge

I have a wedding coming up and this will be a great time to get more weight off! But, I don't know about all of you, but Day 1 on this diet is not as easy as I remember it being. I have the toughest time in the afternoons and evenings! I wish it were easier, but I know that the results can be rewarding. It is a matter of my state of mind! I just need to get that determination back!

Another thought I have. Do you ever get the feeling that someone is against you? Well, lately, I have had that feeling. I don't think some of the people around me want me to do good on this challenge. I have the feeling they want me to fail! I guess I will just have to work harder to prove them wrong!

Here is a thought I heard at a Conference that we can all use:
That which holds you down, will lift you up!

So, if you are like me and struggling just a bit with everything to loose weight, keep this thought in mind and we can all get inner strength to go on and do better!

Welcome to our Blog!

It was mentioned at the beginning of our Curves challenge that people wanted a place to share ideas, recipes, successes, and what's working for them. Well, here it is! It will be fun to share with others.

Keep Up the Good Work!  I was at a fall conference a while ago and the keynote speaker, Jeff Griffin, had a great message that I want to share with you: DOn't quIT (DO IT)! We can all do it!

Hey, by the way, I really like the breakfast recipe with cottage cheese, Fiber One, and cinnamon. It really tastes great! Also, I have found if I drink all the water that is recommended, I seem to loose more weight. Try it out!
